virtualmuseum.us is the internet site of Culture Connection, Inc., a nonprofit organization seeking to expand the public's knowledge and appreciation of culture and the arts. Culture Connection, Inc. (CCI) was founded in July 2002 to inform the public about culture and the arts through the use of the public media, the internet, lectures and seminars. This website is a part of CCI's cultural outreach effort - to feature images of quality works produced in the 20th and the 21st centuries by serious artists with diverse cultural backgrounds. In spite of the high quality of the works exhibited here, they have been seen only by limited sectors of our society prior to their display on virtualmuseum.us and, therefore, are a new visual and cultural experience to most of the visitors of this website. To continue bringing new cultural and art-related information to the public requires funds and CCI, as a nonprofit corporation, seeks donations and grants from individuals, organizations, funds, and businesses. CCI will not carry any commercial advertisements on this website, but sponsors of CCI's projects will be appropriately identified.
